“The sourdough course is one of the best things I've ever done. Having tried, and failed, to make sourdough in the past I am now making really delicious bread every week. Enrico is so passionate and interesting and keen to share his knowledge, and really gave me the confidence to be able to go solo, especially since he provides detailed notes for everything. You can learn things from YouTube, but nothing beats having a real person showing you exactly what to do, and how to adapt to your own situation. I would recommend this course to anyone who enjoys baking”.
